We’re Okay Humans, a face-to-face, talk therapy shop, from the Founders of Drybar and Squeeze. We’re seeking a skillful and kind human to join our team and assist our guests in their therapy journey.

ABOUT YOU

  • You are experienced in managing front-of-house operations for high-volume retail service businesses, technically proficient, and acutely aware of your surroundings. 

  • You are obsessed with over-the-top, first-class guest service and thrive in ensuring an amazing experience for anyone and everyone who walks through your doors.

  • Words that describe you include: customer service obsessed, servant-leader, energetic, technically proficient, and detail-oriented. You have a hospitality orientation, are gracious and patient, warm in nature with strong communication skills.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AT OKAY HUMANS

  • Check-in and greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome

  • Provide over-the-top, exceptional guest service

  • Ensure front of house and guest lounge is maintained to Okay Humans standards

  • Respond to guest inquiries via email, phone, and SMS
  • Employ a mastery of internal tools from payment portals to session scheduling
  • Expert at all things app-related! Okay Humans’ experience is digital end-to-end so you’ll assist guests with downloading our app, setting up their account, booking sessions, becoming a member, and so much more

  • Resolve guest service issues in the shop 

  • Assist guests in purchasing items from our wellness shop


EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ year in retail, preferably technology or front-desk, service-related experience

  • Available to work at least 16 hours a week

  • Proven track record in delivering an exceptional guest experience

  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Strong communication and multi-tasking skills

  • Experience with Zenoti and Zendesk preferred


  • Able self-starter with the ability to multitask in a dynamic startup environment
